(National Employability through Apprenticeship Program)

India's Largest Employability Scheme. A public-private partnership of TeamLease Skills University, Ministry of Skills, Ministry of HRD (AICTE). Aimed at enhancing employability and provide a large scale platform. Trainees shall be given an apprenticeship-cum-employability training proficiency or completion certificates on the successful completion of training.

(National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme)

The National Policy of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship 2015, focuses on apprenticeship as one of the key programs for creating skilled manpower in India. Recognizing the value of on-the-job training, task is to make apprenticeship integral to all skill development efforts. The Government has set a target to train 50 lakh apprentices cumulatively from 2016-20.
